Notifications not being received

Hi there,

New affiliates are not receiving their Registration confirmation email since updating the plugin to the recent version.

We are also getting duplicate referrals on the same sale coming through.

Please let me know what to do.

    Hi Melissa,

    Thanks for reaching support. Please check the following and report back here. It would also be useful if you enable debugging and check if anything is logged during registration.
    1. Make sure that your site is still able to send emails in general.
    2. Just in case please review your notification settings in case the affiliate notifications are disabled.
    3. Does the administrator get an email upon a new registration?

    Regarding referrals if you are using User registration integration then it is possible to have two referrals per sale, since one would be for the referred user and one for the referred sale.
