All notifications going to the A) admin as well as to B) affiliates have “WordPress” as the “From” as seen here:

How do we change the From address to use our own email address and not WordPress@?

    Hi Steve,

    All mails sent from WordPress use this type of address.
    You can use another plugin like WP Mail SMTP in order to use the email address of your choice.
