Nothing showing up in the Affiliates Dashboard after login

Hi Team,
We are having some issues with our Affiliate Pro plugin:
 The affiliates don’t see anything in the dashboard after login.
 Sometimes it stops showing affiliates under the ‘manage affiliates’ tab, and doesn’t show affiliate payments due under ‘totals’ tab. We have to deactivate and reactivate the plugin to fix this.
 Sometimes the affiliates are unable to login.
Can you please help us fix these issues?

  1. Hi Eugen,
    Thanks for your response!
    I did what you asked, here is the link to debug file:

    Hope this helps you identify the error. Please let me know if I need to anything else.
    Thanks
    Miriam

      Hi Miriam,

      Thank you so much for sending over the file. I found an issue but I would love to confirm something before I conclude. Please could you email me a temporal admin login details to the live/staging site? I would love to take a closer look.

      You can send the login details to eugen [at] itthinx [dot] com.

      I wish you an amazing day ahead and I eagerly look forward to helping you resolve the issue.

      STAY SAFE!
      Warm regards,
      Eugen.

    Hi Miriam,

    I trust you are doing great! Thank you for using Affiliates, we are very glad to have you as our valued customer.

    This is pretty weird, please can you check to see if the plugin needs updating and update it if it’s out of date. Furthermore, please could you enable WP debugging and share the debug.log file with me?

    If you are not familiar with the WP debugging, here’s how to enable it:

    Edit your wp-config.php file and replace the following line:
    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
    with these lines:

    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );

    Once this is done, errors will be added to a file named debug.log under your wp-content folder.

    Try using the site while debugging is enabled, and please login to an affiliate account and view the dashboard so errors can be logged.

    Last but not least, please mail me a copy of this file at eugen [at] itthinx [dot] com.

    I remain available to help if you have any other inquiries at the moment. I eagerly look forward to helping you resolve this issue.

    STAY SAFE and I wish you a very productive day ahead.
    Kind regards,
    Eugen.
