Not receiving confirmation email

Hello,

My affiliate registration process does not work. You can fill in your details with your chosen username and email address, and there is a confirmation message that an email has been sent with the new password to the new affiliate, but the email isn’t being sent/received? Why?

Anyone can subscribe is activated under general settings already.

    I Antonio, Im referring to a contact form (lead), not a registration form. When a new visitor to the site fills in the contact form, it is being sent, but I don’t receive it?

      Hi,
      I have tried in your affiliates area, and I have received the email (now you must have an affiliate called ‘itthinx’).

    Hi,
    It seems to work well, I have created an affiliate user (eggemplo), and I have received correctly the email.
    Check your spam folder, maybe the email is here.
