Not PHP 7.2.1 compatible

Hello dev,

please do me a favor:
affiliates enterprise version is not php 7.2.1 compatible because of one little issue. Please fix it.
It got me a white page, error found via debug log.

    Hi Tobias,

    You seem to use an outdated version of Affiliates Enterprise. Since version 3.0.0 the plugin is fully compatible with PHP 7.x, so you should update it.
