No Search Results By SKU

Someone pointed out that they are unable to search our website by our SKU number even though I have the box checked in the settings.

I have the Woocommerce Product Search plugin installed and activated.

Can you provide any insight as to why this may be happening?

    That’s great.
    Regarding your other issue I’m having a look as we speak. Please also make sure to enable debugging by making the the following modifications:
    Edit your wp-config.php file and
    Replace this line: 

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

    with these lines:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
    define( ‘WPS_DEBUG’, true );

    George,

    I’m looking into this but what about my other issue where no products display on my woocommerce category pages after I upgraded? When I deactivate the plugin my product display properly. This is my greatest issue because I need those pages to display my store.

    Is there a way I can go back a version to temporarily resolve this or do you know what I can do to fix it ASAP?

    Hi Dan,

    Thanks for providing access.

    I’ve checked your site and it seems that WPS search functionality hasn’t automatically integrated. I would recommend you to have a look at examples in the documentation and also check our Avada child theme for suggestions on how to integrate it on your website.

    Could you please mention your site URL and also send us temp admin access to your Dashboard?
    Also, if there are any specific SKUs that appear to have issue with search, that would be great if you could mention as well.

      I setup a username and password. Is this a secure thread that I can safely give you a username and password or is there another method I can use to send that to you?
