No login form

I just purchased affiliates pro and am in the process of setting it up. The first snag I’m encountering is that no login form is showing up on the generated affiliate-area page. I can see the shortcode [affiliates_login_redirect] but the area is blank on the page. I see the registration form below it so that is working. What do I need to do to get the login form to show up? Thanks!

    Hi,

    I have checked your site and see the login form and registration form displayed. You must have been logged in when you visited the page. When you are already logged in, the page is offering to join the affiliate program – this is useful when existing users want to sign up.

    The page covers these cases:

    – A visitor who doesn’t have an account can create one and join the affiliate program.
    – A registered user who is not an affiliate yet but logged in can join the affiliate program.
