No commission credited to affiliate with coupon codes

Hi there – I have posted this in another thread on this topic with no response. I have set up affiliates enterprise with the woocommerce integration and followed all the setup instructions for assigning each affiliate a coupon code (under attributes). I have verified that the assigned coupon codes match. However, the coupon codes are somehow being credited to “Direct” and not to the affiliate assigned the coupon code. Please help me fix this! I have affiliates set with a default referral rate of .15 and I have one level set to .05 – is there some step that I am missing?
