No affiliate accepted payments

After nearly a year of use all of a sudden this month it is showing now referrals or recurring referrals which have been working.

Any ideas?

I don’t even see the referral email going out to them?

    Have you changed anything in your setup?

      PS : Like installed new plugins, updates, … maybe there’s a conflict which wasn’t there before.
