Newsletter Campaign

I created and published the Newsletter. But when I went to Campaign, and created a new Campaign, I do not see the published newsletter to add to campaign. Could you please help?

George: you still have our site login on broadhursthome.org, could you please help take a quick look?

    I’ve already sent you the correct files, aka the templates for stories and story archives and should be ok this time.

    Just emailed you. Looks like I didn’t get the custom theme files, I did receive a new set of plugin files.

    The newsletter I sent out doesn’t seem to have all the content, just some text like this:

    From WordPress
    Test Newsletter
    You are receiving this because you are subscribed to our newsletters. You can cancel your subscription immediately by visiting this link: Unsubscribe
    ——————-

    Hey Sean,

    Most probably the campaign you run, didn’t have any recipients because none of your users is a Subscriber, you can see that in Users list at the last column.

    Other than this and in general whenever you run a campaign, go to the campaigns overview and check under Status column how many recipients are queued.

    Also, as for the frontend you need to use another set of templates, as it seems your active theme is not handling custom post types as expected. I have emailed you the necessary folder which also should be placed in your active theme’s folder.

    Hey Sean,

    While you are editing a Campaing, go to the following field and start typing the Newsletter title:
    https://imgur.com/a/uXpGzWJ
    and then select the newsletter to add, finally hit Publish.

      Thanks George, I just followed your steps, and published and ran it. It looks like newsletter is published, but recipients didn’t get the email, and when I click on the newsletter copy on the archive page, it doesn’t show up. Also if I go back to Stories, and Newsletter, and click on View, they all bring me to blank page. Could you please help take a look? It’s for the broadhursthome site that I sent you the login credentials.
