newsletter begun to arrive as spam

Hi, We use a smtp service, all was working well but now all emails sent by groups newslletter arrive as spam and tagged as “This message seems to be dangerous”.

Other emails sent with the same smtp configuration are working well.

Some idea what is happening?

    Welcome back to our support forum.

    Generally the SPAM classification is determined by the mail application and any possible user-actions applied. Marking a mail as SPAM can indeed depend on the mail content, but this is something you can easily adjust. Also, what happens with the big mail providers on the internet is to classify a mail as SPAM if other previous similar messages have been also labeled as such.

    There might be other mechanisms too that determine mail filtering, but these depend again on the mail application used.

    On the other hand the Newsletter plugin will help you prepare your messages and determine how many copies will be sent, but the mailing functionalities themselves and the inbox management are not part of the plugin.

    Furthermore and beyond this support request, as it seems your license for Groups Newsletters plugin has expired and you should renew it. This is possible by purchasing the plugin again through itthinx.com shop.
