New Affiliate not recieving a Confirmation Email

Hi, i juts buy afiliates pro, the problem is a new user/afiliate did not recieve a confirmation email, im laready check enable registration email, and alson check notify the affiliate, but stiil user did not recieve they confimation email, please respon asap

    FYI, I just made a new registration and the notification email came to my inbox almost straight away. Where can I forward you the notification I received?

    im already check the spam folder, its also not end up there

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin.

    Can you please confirm that your site can send emails in general? Also, if sending emails works properly make sure that the messages don’t end up in the spam folder.

    Regarding the first suggestion you can check that by using a plugin like WP Mail SMTP which provides a functionality for sending test emails. You don’t need to setup any custom method or SMTP, simply use the default settings and go to Email test tab.
