Multiple ‘Sidebar Visibility’ instances per Widget
—
by
I have multiple instances of the Sidebar Visibility dropdown in a given Sidebar. For instance, in the Sidebar widget I currently have zero widgets but two Sidebar Visibility dropdowns? Is this intended behavior? Which one do I use? Won’t they conflict?

If I decide to use the Time Scheduler plugin I will try the light version. For now, I am using my own plugin to schedule content within a single Content Block and it works great, so I will stick with my homebrew solution to schedule content for now.
Your plugin, the itthinx Widgets Control Pro, is working great, thank you.
Perfect !!
Hi Antonio,
My suspicion is a conflict with another plugin. I deactivated Widgets Control Pro and another plugin to schedule visibility called Widget Visibility Time Scheduler Pro, and deleted all the widgets in the Sidebars. I reactivated Widgets Control Pro and now the ‘Sidebar Visibility’ dropdowns only occur once per general Sidebar and then within each added widget (using Content Blocks). I made a plugin to schedule visibility of the particular HTML elements I want to control instead of using the purchased Time Scheduler Pro plugin. I use the Sidebar Visibility dropdowns on each individual widget/Content Block, and things seem to work correctly.
Hi Chris,
I’ve tried the Time Scheduler light version and there is no conflict, but I guess the conflict is with the pro version. Sorry I can not try the Pro version.
If you send me ftp access to antonio[at]itthinx[dot]com indicating this topic, I can try to find a solution to this conflict.
Kind Regards,
Antonio B.
Hi Chris,
It seems a conflict probably with another plugin. You should have only one ‘Sidebar Visibility’ dropdown per sidebar.
You can try to disable the other plugins. If the dropdown is not duplicated, then activates the plugins one by one.
