Multi tiers commission rate fault

I have set Level 0 to 0.1 for get 10% commission
and Level 1 to 0.05 for get 5% commission

but when submit form price 450 Baht
Level 1 get 45 Baht = 10% right
but Level 2 get 2.25 Baht = 5% of Level 1 wrong

I think Level 2 must be get 5% of price = 22.5 Baht
Can I fix this.

    Many thanks for using Affiliates Enterprise for your affiliate program.

    Can you please share some more details on the rates used at the moment? Even a screenshot of the rates table would help me understand your case more.

    In general, whenever an affiliate refers a new customer etc his direct referrer will get a commission set for Level 1 and the referrer of the referrer will get a commission set for Level 2.
    For example
    Paul is the affiliate that refers a new form submission, Paul is the Original referrer.
    John who referred Paul is at Level 1.
    Nick who referred John is at Level 2.
