Does Affiliates Enterprise allow conditional logic for referrals for new users. i want to give commission to affiliates who refer new new affiliates but only after new affiliate has done x amount in sales.

    Sorry, there isn’t conditional logic. You could use the Affiliates API to create your custom solution.
