Month not showing up in Totals grid

In the monthly earnings grid from, many of my affiliates are not seeing February 2017. It is shows January and March, but not February. Any ideas how to fix?

    In the user search part of wordpress, you can search for Willouer and then “Switch To” that user to see what she sees.
