Mass payment improper format

Awhile back the mass payment format started saving in .tsv format which is not accepted by Paypal. I found a work around by changing the file format so my payments went thought. Although this was extremely inconvenient because it meant I had to make payments, it was manageable. I just tried for 30 minutes or so to submit payment and something is wrong with the lines in the file. After going into the file generated by the plugin, adding tabs and spaces the file was almost accepted. I finally was notified that two specific lines were incorrect. I omitted those lines and the two new lines prevented me from submitting the file.

What must I do to set the plugin like it used to be back when it created a .csv (or maybe it was .txt) and all I had to do was export it and import it which could be done from my phone without the use of a computer? Thanks
