Mass payment file format

I am trying to upload the mass payment file to PP. It needs a txt or csv format the payment file is a tsv format. I tried saving it to txt but in the end it still does not work. I ended up a wrond currency code? How do I export to the correct file format?

    Please try uploading the mass payment file i’ve attached you.
    Please don’t submit the payments but simply click the Review button and check the results.

    I tried it in my sandbox account and everything seems in order.
    Please retry and take some screenshots on the errors you get when uploading. You can send these to my email.

    Can you please send me a piece of your mass payment file so that i can make some tests? Copy only one line of your mass payment file into a new file, preferably a line that contains the currency code indicated as faulty by PayPal, so that i can conduct some tests. Then send this new file to george at itthinx dot com.

    Hi George,
    When I upload the file and press the check button it is telling me wrong currency code.

    Your license has expired. In order to have access to automatic updates and premium support, you need to renew your license. Go to https://www.itthinx.com/shop/affiliates-pro/ product page and buy the plugin.

    Hi George,

    I do not have the option to update and there are no downloads in my account. I purchased the Pro in 2014…. How do I get the new updates?

    Hi Annemieke,

    You can convert from tsv to txt using Microsoft Office Excel for example. Choose to Save As *.txt and the file format will be converted.

    Since Affiliates version 2.15.9 the mass payment file is exported in a .txt format. You should update to the latest version.
