Mass Payment Export Results in Forbidden Page

Hi Team – when I try to export the commissions log through the Mass Payment button, I am redirected to a “Forbidden” page with the note “You don’t have permission to access this resource”

I’m not sure what to do and would appreciate any help here!

    Hi there Gyan,

    Good morning. I trust you are well and safe!

    Thanks for choosing and using Affiliate Pro. It brings us so much joy knowing you are using our affiliate system.

    With regards to your inquiry, please create a staging environment and share the admin login credentials with me so I can take a closer look at your setup. For security reasons, please email the credentials and site URL here: eugen [at] itthinx [dot] com. Furthermore, please enable WordPress debugging on the site. If you are not familiar with WordPress debugging, here’s how to go about it.

    In your site’s wp-config.php (this file is located in the root folder of your site) enable WordPress debugging by adding these lines:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );

    This will log any PHP notices, warnings, and errors to the log file. The log file typically resides in wp-content/debug.log.

    Please don’t post login credentials in the comment section. Please email them to me instead.

    I remain eager to help resolve this issue for you.

    STAY SAFE and I wish you a wonderful day ahead!
    Best,

Eugen.
