Manual commission adjustment

Is there any way to make a manual commission adjustment for a specific affiliate?

Also, if a commission is not paid in a given month for not meeting the minimum commission requirement for example, will it carry over until the minimum requirement is met?

I think that commission will remain unpaid until it is “closed”, but I just wanted to double check.

    hey denitsa!

    sorry you didn’t understand my question about making a manual adjustment to an affiliate’s commission….

    I meant something like if I needed to deduct $100 from their commission for a late return at some point or for any other random reason.
    Is there any way to do that so that the adjustment is made and shows up in the Affiliate dashboard?

      Hey there,
      Oh, I see now, thanks for clarifying the question! If you change the referral amount when editing a specific referral from Affiliates > Referrals, then the new amount will be displayed in the Affiliate Area page under the Referrals tab. There won’t be an indication that it was a manual deduction, however.
      FYI, it’s up to you when to pay the commissions and manually set the Referral status, I might have not been clear enough in my previous post.

    Hello,
    Thank you for using the plugin!

    You can set an individual rate to a chosen affiliate by going to Affiliates > Rates > New Rate and choosing the affiliate name from the Affiliate dropdown.

    A commission will indeed remain unpaid until the Referral is set to Closed. A detailed overview on Referrals is found on this page of the plugin documentation:
