Login page is redirected

by
GeHi,
I try to set up a membership service with content protected by the Groups plugin.
When I click the menu link for the login page (http://tdsamba.se/my-account/edit-account/), I am redirected to the page id I set in the Groups 404 redirect when a visitor tries to access a page protected by Groups. When logged in, the same happens when I click the menu link “Log out” (http://tdsamba.se/my-account/customer-logout/), I am not logged out, but redirected
What is wrong?
I use WooCommerce for the login and the same process works flawless for the WooCommerce Memebrships plugin. However, I had to change the plugin to Groups for a some other reasons. I am not the developer of the site, but I have to fix this problem.
Thanks for any help to solve this!
Torbjörn

Hi Torbjörn,
Thanks for the credentials, but the password doesn’t seem to be correct.
Can you reset it?
I have replaced it in your comment for your own safety.
Cheers,
George
Hi,
I tried to reinstall the missing pages in WooCommerce, but it didn’t solve the issue. The problem is that the page isn’t missing, only hidden when the Groups plugin is activated (it comes back when I deativate again).
You are welcome to login and see whats going on.
I aldo have a staging environment you can use for testing: go to WP Staging in the meny > tdsGROUPS

Hi Torbjorn,
You can regenerate WooCommerce pages through WooCommerce > System Status > Tools and press the Install pages button in the line Install WooCommerce Pages. After that try again. If you still face the same issue, please take a full backup of your site and database ( if your site is running live) and then send your admin credentials to george at itthinx dot com.
I’ve noticed that you posted another topic here and one at the WordPress community forum. I will trash the other topic on this forum as duplicate.
Cheers,
George
Hi,
Thank you for your answer. I tried to find the my-account page, (in the page section in WordPress), but it was missing.
I thought that someone had deleted it by accident.
But after some research I find that the page disapeared with the Groups plugin activated!!
I had 43 pages for the website (included the my-accounts page). When I activated Groups one just disappeared in the list!
I have test it a few times, to activate and deactivate Groups and other plugins. But, the conclusion is clear: It is the Groups plugin that makes the page disappear. Can’t understand why, but so it is.
It is only that page that is affected (as I have discovered).
What can I do??
Regards,
Torbjörn
Hi Torbjorn,
Please make sure that the page my-account is not restricted by Groups and try again.
Kind regards,
George
