link for retailers website

Hello!

Is it possible for a retailer put a link on their page to connect to their link so that the customer making the purchase will be made through the affiliate and they get their money?

Thanks!

  1. You can generate an Affiliate Area page through Affiliates > Settings > Pages. After pressing the Generate button, a new page will be created named Affiliate Area where there are many shortcodes placed by default. This page is the control panel for your affiliates where you can add or remove shortcodes at will.
The complete list of shortcodes for Affiliates Pro is here and for Affiliates Enterprise is here each one explained in detail with examples on how to use them.

  3. Hi Stuart,

The affiliates will copy the URLs from the Affiliate Area page and share them wherever they prefer.
In order to show the referrals recorded, you should use [affiliates_earnings] for accepted and closed referrals, and/or [affiliates_affiliate_stats].

    George

  4. Can you also tell me how the notifications should show on the wordpress affiliate section? If an affiliate makes a sale, how should this show under referrals?

  5. Hi George! That’s great, so all they would have to do is put the affiliates link url on their page and the system would recognise the sale from their site and credit their account with the order?

    Thanks!

  6. Hi Stuart,

All links on the site running the affiliate program can be converted to affiliate links by appending the affiliate URL parameter. The affiliate URL parameter for each affiliate can be found under Affiliates > Manage Affiliates.
If the site administrator prefers to promote specific links then they should use the shortcode [affiliates_url] or [affiliates_affiliate_link] in the Affiliate Area page. Both shortcodes i mentioned link to their respective documentation pages, where you can see details on their usage and supported parameters.

    Kind regards,
    George
