Keep ref id on new website.

Hi,

We are currently redesigning(building a completely new website) our website and would like to transfer our affiliates to the new one, keeping their Ref IDs in the process.
The Sitemap will be almost identical, so we want to spare the unnecessary changing of links to our referrals.
Is there any way to import/export the users or some other workaround?

    Hi Kamen,

    Thanks for reaching support.

    The best way to migrate would be to backup your database tables and then import it to your new location. Assuming that you still don’t have any new user or affiliate records on the new installation, the migration should insert affiliates and users and map each user to the affiliate using the same ids as on your old site.
