itthinx updates plugin – An unexpected error occurred

After installstion there is a message:

Please install the itthinx updates plugin to enable automatic updates for your plugins by itthinx.

I clicked it and got the error:

Warning: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

Is It possible to download this updates plugin somehow?

    You can follow the instructions here, there is also a description on how to install the plugin manually.
