Issue with shortcode email

Hi! one year ago, i configured email sending with shortcode to show the client an email, but now, don´t work.

Ejem Email:

“Hola ivan Lafuente Cambra,
Se ha realizado un nuevo pedido con tu id de afiliado. Si el cliente no ha realizado el pago, volveremos a enviar este email una vez haya realizado el pago. Accede a tu area de afiliados para realizar seguimientos de tus pedidos.
Gracias,
nosgustaimprimir.com

Inicio


Número de Orden 12778 Importe Factura: 40.54EUR Cliente: [user_username] Email: [user_email] [user_displayname]”

    Hi! no problem, it´s running yet.
    The shortcode that i wrote you in the first issue are good, but the user is necesary that create account. If he is guest client, don´t work.

    “Los tokens que mencionó anteriormente funcionarían para la notificación de afiliados.”

    That is what I want, to inform my affiliates in the customer’s email that they have bought for them.

      Currently, the shortcodes that are supported are those which I mentioned in the last reply. Please use the tokens found at the bottom of this page: http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-enterprise/notifications/

    The tokens available for referral notications you should use for your messages are:

    [affiliate_email] : The referring affiliate’s email address.
    [affiliate_name] : The referring affiliate’s name.

    The tokens you mentioned above would work for the affiliates notification.
