Issue With Affiliate Email – Extra Fields

I installed extra fields to use to customize my signup form and it is working fine – it redirects the way I want and all the fields are being saved to the user area.

The problem I am having is that it is not sending the affiliate the AFFILIATE email after registering their affiliate account. It is sending the default WordPress email (your username and password) — but if I remove the extra fields from the shortcode and do the same registration – then the correct affiliate email is sent.

I tried taking a peak at the extra fields code….but am coming up empty….
