IPN Not Workin

I have installed & configured the Plugin but IPN script doesn’t work, it gives error no 500

IPN URL is: http://newspups.com/wp-content/plugins/affiliates-paypal/lib/ipn.php

May i knw hw it can be fixed?

It seems that accessing php files within the plugins folder and subfolders is blocked. For example, accessing http://newspups.com/wp-content/plugins/index.php also gives a 500. Please contact your hosting provider, they should be able to help configure your setup so that the IPN handler URL is accessible.
