Individual Rates for Affiliates

We have 2 things we want to pay affiliates for. 1) We have a contact 7 form paying affiliates for each form submitted. Those rates are set up under “Manage Affiliate” using the referral amount and those work great. 2)We are selling a product and want to be able to pay one rate to one affiliate and a different rate to a different affiliate. We have been unable to get this to work. We have Affiliates Enterprise, Contact 7 Integration, Woo Commerce Integration, and Affiliate Products. We have gone into Affiliate Products > Woo Commerce and tried to set individual rates there, but as soon as you change one affiates rate and save, it changes all of them to the same rate. This defeats the purpose of being able to set them individually. We are frustrated. We do have the Affiliates > Woo Integration enable products checked. In the Affiliate>Settings we have selected Referral Amount Method and Affiliates_WC_Method::product rates. What are we doing wrong?
