Incorrect Commissions being paid

We have an affiliate structure that includes Gyms and Trainers. Trainers are set to Tier 1 (10%) of the Gyms at 25%. For some reason, our affiliates (trainers) and their referrers (gyms) are being credited with the same commission. Please see this: http://screencast.com/t/m6sgmlBpHHQz
