image banner only showing up as a box outline

I re-uploaded the image and it shows up as number 729. So then I used this code:

I don’t understand whaty you mean when you say the image doesn’t exist on my server. How can it not exist – I uploaded in my media file and then linked it and it shows up in the affiliate page, just doesn’t show up here: http://wheeloflife.ca/about/testimonials/
