I’m having trouble detecting an affiliate hit.
My test users have all joined via the front end. I see them as users. I see the affiliate link in their admin area. I tried applying it to the front page and to individual products. I’m using different computers with different ips for testing.
I’m stuck.
Options –
Referral timeout = 1
Direct Referrals = Ticked
Default referral status = Pending
Duplicate referrals = Not ticked
Robots = Empty
Affiliate registration = tick on both allow affiliate registration and notify the site admin
Affiliate URL parameter name: affiliates
Redirection = Ticked
Affiliate ID encoding = No encoding
Permissions = All 3 ticks on administrator
Settings –
Default referral calculation: Referral amount method
Default referral calculation value : Affiliates_WC_Method::product_rates
Affiliates WooCommerce Integration –
Cancelled orders, Completed orders, Failed orders, Orders on hold, Pending orders, Orders processed = ticked
“The referrals related to the order will automatically be marked as accepted, unless they are closed.” selected
Refunded orders = ticked
Enable product referral rates = ticked
Default rate = .25
Enable recurring referrals = not ticked
Limit / Timeout = 0
User Registration –
Enable the user registration integration = ticked
Base amount = empty
amount = 0
referral status = pending
Tiers –
Enable multi-tiered referrals = ticked
Levels = 1
Direct is a referrer = ticked
Always record referrers = not ticked
Level 1
WP: 4.0
WooCommerce: 2.2.6 (just updated to 2.2.7 as I’m typing this). Still no work.
