What happens if you uninstall the plugin, download a new copy from your account athttps://www.itthinx.com/downloads/ and install it again?

Hi Danielle,
I can assure you that no additional file is requested in order to install and use Affiliates plugin. All you need to do is upload the zip file through Plugins > Add new and then select to upload a plugin.
How did your developer assume that a file is needed? Does he get an error on that? Can you please forward the error file where you get the message that itthinx.php file is missing?
Alternatively, if you can provide temp admin access to your site, I can install Affiliates Pro for you.

Hi Danielle, i check all the links and seems that is a bit complicated because of the file that was lacking, i need you to get in touch with the affiliates pro people and kindly request them this file: itthinx.php (the one i told you that wasn’t in the drive zip you send us) Because that seems to be causing all our stuck with this. Let me know when you have it and i’ll do the config needed.

If you mean the Itthinx Updates plugin which is useful for getting updates and gaining access to all the integrations, you can download it from the link I mentioned and install it on your site.
