I hate beating a dead, BUT here I am again.

George and Antonio,
Love your product. It does 99% of what I need to run my biz, but that 1% that it doesn’t do, is going to remove what little hair that I have left on my head. Please le me explain.
The last updates worked nicely with WP4.6.1 as you’ll promised. I “was” able to see everything that I needed to see. Great. WPLP had an needed upgrade to resolve some of the issues that it was having and when I upgraded, a little birdy flew by a removed the ability for AE to read the database where 159 of my Affiliates data is. Basically AE can’t read the database, therefore no one can see the needed information in their back office.
The only reason why I use WPLP is bacause allows me to create a forced matrix with your software. That’s the 1% AE is lacking. Forgive me for being so forth coming.
So I’ll close my asking three simple questions. Are you planning to add a forced matrix option to your software, if so when and lastly, what can I do to get out of this mess?
Thanks in advance
John

Hey you guys, George and Antonio,
Thanks a million. It´s all working like it was.
I hope that the next we speak, it´s about the forced matrix element. LOL!
Anyway,
Thanks again
Hi all,
+1 for us to include Forced Matrix!
Many thanks for the suggestion John, it would be great to have this built in. I can’t give you an ETA yet, but I think it would be a great addition.
Cheers
Hi John,
Make sure to reset all -if any- used filters under Affiliates > Manage Affiliates.
If this doesn’t solve your problem , then take a full backup of your database and files and then send me admin access to george at itthinx dot com.
Kind regards,
George
Hi George,
I’m using Paid Memberships Pro – See everyone
The Problem child (WP leads Press) see everyone
AE Can’t see any affiliates after update of WPLP
Can’t figure it out. I uninstalled WPLP completely and still AE doesn’t read the Affiliates. It seems that it made a system change of some sort.
in AE’s Manage Affiliates appears nothing, but in the Statistics Summary tabs lists “0” inoperative and 156 Affiliates in total.
So it seems now that after the WPLP upgrade it listed the affiliates as inactive. Who knows.. this could be the problem.
Thanks
John
Hi John,
I have proposed forced matrix feature but can’t say for sure if and when it could be implemented.
What data does Affiliates Enterprise not read? Can you post a brief description of the issue?
Kind regards,
George
