I did install Contact Form 7 integration plugin

I did install Contact Form 7 integration plugin (it’s under installed plugin), but on the menu on the left, I only find contact & affliates.

I can’t attach the screen shot..
how are you going to help me?

Under Plugins you must have installed and activated:
- Affiliates Contact Form 7 Integration
- Affiliates Pro
- Contact Form 7
Your Affiliates menu must then show an entry labeled Contact Form 7, like this:
