I can’t download plugins

Hi, I searched the forums for help but couldn’t find any that is why I am asking.

I can’t download the plugins from my dashboard in wordpress, it appears “Plugin not found.”

I want to get all the plugins zip (if available) as I am afraid I will need them in the future and my premium suscription is already ended.

As I write the ones I need to install are paypal and addtoany.
