HTML Showing below [affiliates_banner] Shortcode

Hi,
Just purchased. And working in banners.
I’m using the default [affiliates_banner] and/or the supplied ID [affiliates_banner id=”1191″] for testing and I’m getting the following result. See screenshot of bug and my settings.

Thanks!

  1. Hi David,

    Thanks for sharing your screenshot.

    Everything seems normal.
You should place the [affiliates_banner] within the block
    [affiliates_is_affiliate]
    ….
    [/affiliates_is_affiliate]
in your Affiliates Area page. Apart from that shortcode, all the supported shortcodes should be placed within the block i mentioned above so that they will display information only when an affiliate is logged-in.
Also please keep in mind that width and height settings apply only if you choose to add a banner by its URL. If you choose to use an image from you Media library and resize it, then you should modify its size at the Media library or before uploading it to your site.
Regarding the html shown below the shortcode, this is the html your affiliates will place in their pages/sites to show the banner that will link to your site with their affiliate id appended.

If you have noticed something else i’ve missed in your screenshot, you can reply here.

    Kind regards,
    George
