Hi,

I just got the affiliate pro, and the affiliate coupon. I already been doing my own way of affiliate coupon before finding out about yours. One of my affiliate has been using her own code. Now that I have your plugin. How do I merge her existing code? Will it show up the referrals (the people who used her code before I got your plugin)? I’m not sure if I’m setting up all this correctly. Would appreciate your help.

    Hi,

    Thanks. I did all that. A customer just used the affiliate’s coupon this morning but it did not credited the affiliate. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

      Hi Khanh,
      Have you checked if the affiliate has the coupon assigned ? (from Affiliates->Manage Affiliates editing the affiliate you can see the coupons assigned).
      If the problem persists, you can send me dashboard admin access to antonio[at]itthinx[dot]com indicating this topic, and I’ll have a look at your settings.

    Hi Khanh,
    with the Affiliates Coupons plugin you can use the bulk action to create a coupon for each affiliate. If there are affiliates with old coupons, you need to edit the affiliates one by one, removing the new coupons to these affiliates (I suggest you to remove the new coupons, not the old coupons, maybe they are already using the old coupons in their blogs/social networks).
