How to remove Pages that are generated

How do I remove pages generated Automatically by the plug-in ? I cannot find them in the Pages section of WordPress.

Currently I have 4 pages:

Shop Image Slider
Become an Affiliate
Affiliate Area 2
Affiliate Portal Module

I need to remove 2 of these and cannot find where to delete the pages.
