How to hide content after adding user to group?

I want to hide content after adding user to group. User buy something and there is no reason to show him this content anymore. How to do that?
By default users are in registered group. I can setup content that can be viewed only for registered group. If user comes to another group and removed from registered he still have access to content for registered group…. How to resolve it? Is there an option to add users by default to several groups or remove from registered group with loss all of its capabilities? I think it is two ways to resolve this problem.

    Hi Max,

    You can use the shortcode [groups_non_member group="Premium"] if you add your users to Premium group.
    For example:
    [groups_non_member group="Premium"]
    Members of the Premium group will not see this when logged in.
    [/groups_non_member]

    and when they become members of Premium group you can display a message with the opposite shortcode.
    For example:
    [groups_member group="Premium"]
    Only members of Premium can see this.
    [/groups_member]
