how to edit fields for afiliate registration

hello how are you ? please help me I need to translate some fields of register afilliates to portuguese language. the fields are: First Name, Last Name, Username.
I alread translated the fields after registration editing the page we creat automatic but this firs field I dont know how to do it….. I have affiliates interprice… please help me……..
