How does affiliate enterprise track individual affiliate stores such as purchases from a Facebook page?

How does enterprise track an affiliate store? I have affiliates enterprise set up to track affiliate links and affiliate banners.
I have set up my ecwid store on my Facebook page but when a sale is made through Facebook it credits ‘direct’ affiliate and we need it to credit the affiliate store holder (or the person whose facebook page it is)
This is urgent guys so please help!

    Please clarify what exact process you refer to with “when a sale is made through Facebook”. It’s important to note that if a sale is to be referred via FB or any other site, it must carry the appropriate affiliate ID, i.e. it needs to be done through a valid affiliate link. Otherwise the affiliate won’t get credit for the sale.
