How do I update

I need to update the Groups Restrict Categories with the latest version. I have downloaded it because it says it can’t be automatically updated on WordPress (even though I have itthinx updates plugin activated). So do I just upload the new version? Will I lose my settings? Please explain.

    Hi Virginia,

    You just need to replace the old one with the latest version – settings aren’t lost. The updates are automatic after that.
