How do I show the last newly registered user to an affiliate?

Search for a function to show the affiliate who has registered under him in a certain period of time.

Would like that e.g. output as ticker.

Have already looked in the documentation and on Github and found nothing. Is there something like that already?

Can I ask after 6 months whether the recursive warning has been implemented in the affiliate assignment in the admin?
