How can I remove the the ? and = signs from the links

I am currently using affiliate pro and affiliate pro username plugin to create an affiliate program on a client site. How do I remove the ? and = symbols from the link. The client doesn’t like them she feels they make the links impersonal for her consultants to share

    Sorry but you can’t since these are URL parameter separators.
