Guest purchases are not given to affiliates

Hi!

I have just purchase Affiliate Pro Woocommerce and Affiliate Permanent. Everything work really well except one thing… if the guest is not creating an account, the order is not given to the affiliates. Even if they go trough the affiliate’s link.

We tried several way and with account and with permanent link the order works but never when it is a guests… could you help us please!

    Hi again!

    I would also know if there is a way to increase first commission to the affiliates… example :
    First order from a new client : 15%
    All other order from this client : 5%

    Is it something easy to do?
    I found the “new user commission” but it is only in $ and it is not in % of the first order.

      Hi,
      you need to create a custom method. In documentation you have more information also this method can help you.

    Hi,
    please be sure you have selected “Apply the normal affiliate routine for guests.” in Plugins->Affiliates Permanent.
