Groups and Groups Woocommerce – Unable to Edit Group memberships

Hi there

I have a weird kind of situation. I have been using Groups + Groups Woocommerce (paid) + Woocommerce for many years without an issue. But lately, I noticed that neither I can Add/Edit Groups or Group memberships (from within Users) nor I can view Group memberships anymore.

I also notice that from within WooCommerce side bar, I can’t see Groups anymore (as shown in the screenshot below)

I am using latest version of both plug-ins and woocommerce as well as my theme (Porto). Please help, as this is affecting my ability to administer my user group assignment / memberships. This issue may have to do with a plugin I installed previously called “User Role Editor” however I uninstalled and deleted it since then, but perhaps something is there causing conflict / residual stuff? I must mention that I deleted and reinstalled Groups for Woocommerce with no success. I didn’t try to do the same with “Groups” plug-in, to avoid any possible loss of membership data that exists in user profiles.

EDIT: Problem is now solved by disabling / enabling the Groups plug-in, I can now Edit/Add Groups memberships for users however now every member with a group membership has also become part of “Registered” group :)!
