Group item translation wpml

Hello,
I have a multisite, multilanguage site and I’m evaluating Groups Plugin .
I’ve read that it’s to compatible with WPML: https://wpml.org/it/plugin/groups/
…but I haven’t found a way to translate Group items.
Do you have “how-to” information?
