Gravity Forms is Not Showing Affiliates Under Form Settings

Hi We have the latest version of WordPress and we just updated to the latest version Gravity Forms too – we purchased Affiliates Pro but still the gravity form integration is not there. Could you please help us? When we log into Gravity forms it’s the same settings but NO Affiliates is showing up.

    Tasha – please provide admin access to support at itthinx dot com so we can have a look (your email registered with your account bounces back).

    Hi,

    I’ve checked your account and you don’t seem to have a license for Affiliates Pro, only for Affiliates by Username. You won’t be able to install the integration without a valid license. You need to get access by purchasing the license here http://www.itthinx.com/shop/affiliates-pro/

    Once you have done that, please apply the steps outlined before.

    Yes, I have tried everything – all plugins are activated – the updates one and the installation one. Forms still do not show Affiliates.

    Okay I tried again and it worked. But still nothing in Gravity forms for Affiliates. What’s next?

      Hi Tasha,

      In case you should have this problem again, there is a troubleshooting section on the Itthinx Updates documentation page where some conflicting plugins are identified.

      Have you made sure that the integration plugin is activated?

    I get this error when I click install: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    Hi, I just installed the itthinx updates plugin and added this key and saved. (edited – key removed) The Gravity forms plugin still does not shot Affiliates – does it take some time to update?

    Any other next steps for me to take?

      Hi Tasha,

      Have you installed and activated the integration? Please review this section about Integrations in the documentation where you will find detailed instructions on how to install it. Once your have installed and activated the integration, you will find the menu item – also see the Gravity Forms integration page for more information about the integration itself.

    in Affiliates->Settings:Integrations you have available the Gravity Forms Integrations.
