Gravity Forms – Failure with Authorize.net payments
—
by
Hi,
I´ve just setup the Authorize.net integration for Gravity Forms. I also use PayPal withe te same form, as well as offline-payment with just submitting the form.
I entered a refferal amount of EUR 20, which will be credited to the affiliates. But with Authorize.net payments the full payment amount is credited to the affiliates!
With setting to Refferal Base Ammount or Refferral Rate the calclulation works propery.
Kind regards
Rudolf

Thank for the feedback!
I will mark the topic as resolved and carry on additional tests in case we are missing something on our side.
Cheers,
George
Hi George,
many thanks! But in the meantime I´ve informed my affilliates that there is an refferal rate. And this works fine.
Kind regards
Rudolf
Hi Rudolf,
Thank you for the details.
I’ve upgraded to the latest versions of GF plugins but still get the proper results when testing.
I think it’s better to have a look on your site. If you could provide temp admin access to your site or if available a staging site, you can send the credentials to george at itthinx dot com.
Kind regards,
George
Hi George,
I´ve updated the plugin to version 2.18.0, the Affiliates Gravity Forms Integration is version 1.2.4.
Still the same, works fine, except with Authorize.Net payments.
I also just installed the latest version of Gravity Forms (v.2.1.3.9) and Authorize.net Add-On (v.2.3.3). No changes. Still the same error occurs:
I entered a refferal amount of EUR 20, which will be credited to the affiliates. But with Authorize.net payments the full payment amount is credited to the affiliates!
Many thanks for Your support!
Kind regards
Rudolf
Hi Rudolf,
An updated version of Affiliates plugins has been released( 2.18.0 ), so i would suggest you to update and repeat your test.
Also, which versions of Gravity Forms and Authorize.net integration do you use?
If the issue persists you can reply here.
Cheers,
George
