I’ve followed your instructions for installing the Gravity Forms AddOn. I’m not able to find the download. It is out of date.

When I go to the integrations from the settings, there is no option to update. I’m directed https://www.itthinx.com/plugins/affiliates-gravityforms/ where there is big download text and the purchase button sends you to purchase the affiliate program. There is nowhere I can see that directs me to download or update Gravity Forms Affiliate add-on.

Can you tell me how to update the add-on?

    Perhaps I’m missing something. I’ve had the updates plugin installed for a couple of years. As long as we’ve been using this plugin. The automatic update is unavailable and I’m not able to update manually. I’ve updated Affiliates Pro already but I’m unable to do so with the add-on. When I go to the add-on page I’m unable to download the plugin and when I access it as you’ve set out above, I’m led nowhere. Do I need to deactivate and reactive? My only option is to deactivate.

      Hi Jean,
      Maybe your addons are updated. What are their versions?

    Hi Jean,
    From Affiliates->Settings:Integrations you can download the addons.
    You need to have installed the Itthinx Updates plugin and the service key set, please have a look at the documentation page.
